Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
These include faith formation days where staff are able to engage with guest speakers and participate in social justice initiatives. Staff have opportunities to reflect on their faith and engage in Christian meditation as staff and with students.
A number of our staff have taken up further study in Religious Education and Theology and participated in a variety of retreats and pilgrimages. All of these experiences have been offered with the intention of building the staff’s collective knowledge of scripture and doctrine, enabling them to effectively articulate their faith in the teaching of Religious Education and contribute to the religious life of the school.
